Great lovation
30m walk 10min drive to the beaches and restaurants antibes old town was fantastic. The villa is lovely and modern - few issues - there wasnt enough cutlery or somtuing to cut french bread with!!! I just think it would have been nice to have the right tools…. It didnt phase us too much obviously. There are only 2 sunbeds, which is odd when it is sold as a 5-6 person villa, the garden was a shambles too, it coupd have been mown pre arrival and tidied up… the view however was stunning, there were a lot of building works going on next door but the 2 guys building were as quiet as they could be.. but was a bit annoying when trying to relax in the garden and they are using motorised vehicles to carry sand etc…. The area is lovely and we would go back, but i urge the owners to get more poolside furniture, a bbq would have been great… but check in etc was easy … the property is brand new so it does need some garden work, 80% of the garden was unfinished
