• A fully equipped kitchen allowing you to easily prepare your meals during your stay. You will find the necessary equipment to cook and enjoy your meals in a simple and pleasant way.
• Two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with beds and storage, allowing guests to rest comfortably.
• A functional bathroom with a shower and the necessary amenities for your stay, as well as a separate toilet.
The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and underground parking, which is particularly convenient in the region.
Its location makes it easy to reach the beaches, shops, and restaurants of Villeneuve-Loubet, while enjoying a pleasant environment.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
You will also have access to the rooftop swimming pool of the residence from June to the end of September (not heated), a bike storage room, and a fitness room.
The apartment is located close to the beaches and the Villeneuve-Loubet train station.

Getting around
The apartment benefits from a convenient location that allows easy travel across the French Riviera, whether by car or public transport.
By car:
• Antibes: approximately 10 minutes
• Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: approximately 15 minutes
• Cannes: approximately 20 minutes
By bus:
Several bus lines run near the residence and allow easy travel along the coastline:
• Line 23: towards Antibes
• Line 620: towards Cannes
• Line 622: towards Nice and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport
By train:
The Villeneuve-Loubet train station is about 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment, allowing quick access to Nice, Antibes, Cannes, or Monaco without using a car.
Bus stops are reachable within a few minutes on foot from the apartment.
