The space
Magnificent, bright and functional apartment featuring a spacious living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a sunny terrace, a bedroom with ample storage, a second bedroom (without windows) with a dresser, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in the living room and bedroom for added comfort. No private parking, but close to a public parking lot and the Palais des Congrès.

Keys must be collected from a secure lockbox at the LOGEAZUR agency (13 Av. Guillabert, Antibes), ideal for late arrivals or early departures.
Access to the car park is via a car lift, max. weight 2700kg. Dimensions: width 2.15m x length 4.40m x height 2.01m

The neighborhood
Juan-les-Pins is a popular seaside resort known for its sandy beaches and seafront promenade lined with restaurants, shops, and modern buildings. Nearby, discover lively streets with bars, clubs, and the Parc de la Pinède, famous for the Jazz à Juan festival. The nearby Palais des Congrès hosts numerous events.
Getting around
Easy access by car to Nice Airport (approximately 30 minutes by car) via the A8 or the M6098. Antibes can be reached in 10 minutes and Cannes in 15 minutes along the coast.
For public transport, take the "WILSON STOP" and there are several bus lines nearby:
• Line 8: to Golfe-Juan, Vallauris, and Antibes (La Fontonne district)
• Line 100: to Valbonne
• Line A: to Antibes city center
• Line 200: to Nice and Cannes (regular service)
• Line 250: to Nice Airport (direct service)
On foot: beaches, shops, restaurants, and Juan-les-Pins train station for quick access to Nice, Antibes, and Cannes.
