The spacious living room opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker…) and a cozy dining area.
The lounge features a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the region.
The apartment is thoughtfully arranged with a simple and functional decor, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
The light-colored tiled floor enhances the natural brightness, and the kitchen offers plenty of storage space.

The garage entrance is standard size. No large SUVs or sedans.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the private garden and secure garage.
Check-in is fully autonomous.

The neighborhood
Golfe-Juan is one of the few remaining authentic seaside resorts on the French Riviera, with a village-like, family-friendly atmosphere and beautiful sandy beaches.
The town has two ports:
• The Port Camille-Rayon, a modern marina with yachts and pleasure boats
• The Old Port, home to fishing boats, locals’ vessels, and the sailing club
🏛️ Fun fact: On March 1, 1815, Napoleon Bonaparte landed in Golfe-Juan, marking the beginning of the “Hundred Days.” The famous Route Napoléon begins here.
📍 Golfe-Juan is distinct from Juan-les-Pins (part of Antibes) and is ideally located between Cannes and Antibes, just 5 km from each, and 20 km from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
🚉 The town is served by Golfe-Juan-Vallauris train station (TER line Cannes–Nice–Ventimiglia), as well as by bus lines 200, 8, and 20 (Envibus and Lignes d’Azur).
🌞 Enjoy a typical Mediterranean climate with over 300 days of sunshine per year. The town is full of palm trees, mimosas, orange trees, and oleanders.
