The neighborhood

Located to the west of the famous Cap d’Antibes, Juan-les-Pins reflects the relaxed, sun-soaked atmosphere of the Riviera.
This sought-after seaside town boasts numerous luxury residences: palaces, villas, and high-end hotels facing the Mediterranean and surrounded by fragrant Provencal gardens.
Once a vast pine forest lining the sandy coast, it evolved into a legendary resort town frequented by generations of artists and celebrities.

Today, visitors can still enjoy its beautiful sandy beaches or the charm of quiet little coves nearby.
