This property has a large living room with open kitchen all surrounded by a balcony, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom/WC. Parking space. For lovers of water sports, walks, beaches and fireworks - No need to take the car.

The keys can be collected and made available in an outdoor key box (MasterLock) at the LOGEAZUR agency 13, Avenue Guillabert in ANTIBES (No extra charge)

For late arrivals and early departures requested there will be a supplement of €50 if you do not wish to have the secure key box provided.

The neighborhood

The chic resort town of Juan-les-Pins is known for its long sandy beaches and seafront promenade lined with stylish open-air restaurants, fashion boutiques and modern apartment buildings. A little further inland, small streets include cocktail bars and nightclubs, and the Jardins de la Pinède park hosts the Jazz à Juan festival every summer. Events take place at the convention center in a contemporary building with curved lines.

Getting around

Nestled to the west of the famous Cap d'Antibes, the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins reflects the gentle atmosphere of the Riviera. This small, popular town on the Côte d'Azur is home to many luxurious homes: the palaces, villas and luxury hotels face the Mediterranean and gardens emitting delicious Provençal scents. We can still see what this immense pine forest could have been, bordering fine sandy beaches, before transforming into a mythical seaside town frequented by the artistic elite over the ages. Today you can still enjoy its beautiful golden sand beaches or the privacy of its charming little coves.

It is obviously appropriate to immerse yourself in the Juana frenzy: nightclubs, casinos and nightlife shops make it a paradise for night owls flocking to the bars located by the sea.

You will reach NICE airport in 30 minutes, you can also take advantage of direct lines 82.
