Stay in June 2026
The apartment is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Juan les Pins and the beach. The communication with the agent both before and during our stay was excellent. We arrived early and we were able to access the apartment early, the same when leaving, our flight was late in the evening and we were allowed to stay in the apartment for the day at no extra charge. The apartment is a great size with a modern kitchen with everything required to self cater. The bathroom and shower are modern however the toilet is separate with little space. The bedrooms are a good size with old wardrobes but with plenty of storage. There is a utility room with washing machine and chest freezer which are very handy. There is a large sofa (that is badly stained) that pulls out to make a double bed but it not very comfortable. The big problem we had was with lack of air conditioning, there was air con in the bedrooms however there was none anywhere else in the apartment. The kitchen and living area became very hot and uncomfortable. Overall the apartment is good value for money for Juan les Pins, though there are a couple of small things that could turn it into a really excellent apartment. The terrace badly needs some TLC, it’s a good size and overlooks a nice garden however there is only one large plastic chair. A small table and chairs would make it usable. Also the air conditioning needs to run to the whole apartment, this could be deal breaker for some people.

Aucune réponse à nos messages et appels avant comme pendant le voyage. Nous avons payé plus de 200€ de ménage alors qu’il n’était absolument pas fait (lits utilisés par les anciens locataires, salle de bain très sale, poubelles non vidées etc..). De mauvaise foi l’agence s’est dédouanée en disant que nous sommes rentrés avant l’heure prévue ce qui est faux : nous les avons seulement appelés en vain pour savoir s’il était possible de rentrer plus tôt, sans réponse nous avons attendus l’heure prévue du départ. Heureusement que l’assistance Airbnb a fait preuve de compréhension et d’un remarquable professionnalisme pour nous rembourser la somme correspondant aux frais de ménage dont nous n’avons pas bénéficié.

Les arrivés se font à 16h, vous avez souhaité 11h. Nous avons refusé et par sympathie nous vous avons donné l'accès à 14H pour mettre vos bagages en vous indiquantt que le ménage ne serait pas fini. De là, vous nous réclamez 200€. Après cela nous allons devoir refuser toutes le demandes des personnes pour leurs faciliter l'acès. Drôle de réaction surtout que le méange a été fini avant 16H.
