Great villa shame about the management.
This villa has a great pool and lovely gardens. It’s very spacious with lots of little areas to hideaway in. It is showing its age in several areas and some need addressing as a matter of health and safety. Overall we had a good stay despite the attitude of the agent. See below. It is noisy as building works is taking place all around the villa. We were told it’s inside work only, but it def wasn’t. Diggers and Lorries in abundance. They stopped at the weekend and in the evening. We rent villas frequently and whilst it saddens us to write this , we have never before met with such an unhelpful amd defensive attitude from a managing agent. To be told ‘ this isn’t a hotel service’ and ‘we are not the owners’ (in a text so have the exact word) when I simply pointed out that both gas canisters for the bbq were empty, (which we specifically requested ) was very disappointing. We also pointed out at the same time, how poorly provided for the villa was in regard to dishwasher tablets (2) , black bin sacks (1) , toilet rolls and other bits,all which had to be purchased when we moved in. Again this is not our usual experience and was not addressed. This was the one and only contact with the agent until check out, as we actually felt quite threatened by the aggressive attitude hence we decided to cut communication so we could enjoy our family holiday.

Your feedback regarding the condition of certain parts of the villa, such as the taps and showers in the main bathroom, the kitchen, and the poorly secured terrace, is very valuable to us. We will address these issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of our future guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the management. Our goal is to provide a pleasant and seamless experience for all our guests, and it is clear from your review that we fell short in this particular instance. We are sorry to hear that you felt your concerns were not addressed satisfactorily and that communication was inadequate. We will take your comments seriously and work to improve our communication and customer service. But what surprises me most is your message regarding your arrival. I went through the check-in process with your daughter, who, by the way, does the same job as us to best satisfy our guests. I went through the check-in process with her, not with you. I asked her several times if she needed more information, and she told me, "No, don't worry! It's all good!" which is completely unrelated to what you're saying! You also mention two gas cylinders that were made available on Friday upon your arrival. On Sunday afternoon, you asked me to bring two more before 4:30 PM. Indeed, I reminded you that this is not a hotel service and that if you needed more during your stay, you would have to purchase them (you stayed less than 10 days). However, you forgot to mention the broken door handle in the downstairs bedroom, the overflowing trash, the sunscreen on the outdoor lounge chair cushions... But I suppose that's to be expected. Great property. Noisy site next door.
Wonderful property with all the amenities you could hope for. Great set up, pool, lots of super living space. However, currently there is a noisy building site next door - that looks to be a long way off completion. We would have appreciated being notified about this in advance or an acknowledgment when we were there.

A very large house, great for large groups.
Fantastic swimmimg pool and multiple areas for sunbathimg and eating. Good facilities for both young children and teenagers. Perfect location - walking distance to small beaches.
