Located 2 minutes from the sea and the Canto port and 1 minute from the Croisette, in a residence which has retained its old-world charm, Apartment composed of an entrance, living room with sofa bed, open fitted kitchen, bedroom with double bed and office, shower room and separate WC. A balcony completes this property. Local shops at the bottom of the building. No private parking.

Convenient location, but the guest experience needs improvement
The apartment itself was clean and in a good location, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The biggest issue is the check-in and check-out process. Having to travel to another town to collect the keys and then return them there after check-out is very inconvenient. A key lockbox with a code installed at the apartment would make the process much easier for guests. The check-out time of 10:00 AM is also quite early. Even more concerning, the cleaning staff entered the apartment at 9:59 AM, before the official check-out time, while I was still inside. Guests should be able to use the apartment until the stated check-out time without being interrupted. The apartment was also missing several basic amenities. There was no toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, or dishwashing liquid. These are standard essentials that most guests expect and would greatly improve the overall experience.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. Your suggestion to install a secure key box is excellent; however, it is not possible to install one at this building as the homeowners' association does not permit it. We also apologize for the disturbance caused by the cleaning staff; however, as stated at the time of booking and in the message sent 48 hours prior, check-out is at 10:00 AM—not 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. You should not have still been present, and furthermore, you did not return the keys as instructed, leaving them with the cleaning team instead. We have also taken note of your comments regarding missing amenities. We understand how much these details can impact our guests' overall experience, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure they are provided in the future. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. It helps us improve and provide a better experience for our future guests.

Perfect place to stay in Cannes
We loved this apartment! The location was perfect - only a minute walk to the Croissette. We enjoyed the view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Juliette was very responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Cannes.
